Hi, I’m Liz. My intuitive energy healing serves as a tool to bypass the resistance of the mind and reconnect clients with their bodies, senses, and generational joy.

My work is a tool for expansion and deep remembering.

Intuitive sessions honor the element air—formless and divine, our sacred messenger.

Why Energy Healing?

Your energy creates your reality.

Everything in our world is made up of energy, and intentionally creating space as a regular practice will profoundly change your reality. 

​​The short-term effect of a session will leave you feeling more connected with your body, senses, and highest vibration.

In simple terms, you will feel really good.

But the real goal and power of my work is to create space in both the body and the energetic field by releasing energy that is no longer in alignment or doesn’t match your highest vibration.

Doing so creates a vessel and force, to attract and receive energy with a congruent vibration.

    Liz is wonderful. I'm 58 and my girlfriend wants to have a child. I had a deep dive session with Liz so I could get guidance from Swami Sri Yukteswar (Parmahansa Yogananda's guru). At the end of the session a female presence appeared that I felt was my mother's mother. Liz felt the presence felt more akin to my mother. The presence gave me guidance. Liz felt my mother had one foot in this world and another foot in the next. My mother passed the following day. I was with her physically when she passed but she was unconscious. The last guidance I received from my mother while still alive came during our deep dive the night before her passing. I am forever grateful to Liz.

Explore Session Types

  • Sessions are ~75 min | ($210 USD)


    Remote or In-person
    This appointment is a tool for deep healing, processing, and clearing. This session is recommended for processing specific life events, deep emotions, and gaining clarity or guidance.

    You will leave feeling a deep sense of peace, emotional release, and guidance to support your continued healing.

    This session takes place in a private healing space, or through Zoom and will change depending on the client’s needs

  • Sessions are ~50 min | ($170 USD)


    In-Person or Remote
    This appointment is recommended for energetic cleaning and flow and should be done regularly.

    This session is recommended as a tool to reconnect to your flow, balance, and sense of peace and is a great reset for the fast-paced world we live in.

    You will leave feeling centered, connected to your body and nature, and balanced.

    After the session, you’ll be given tools and information on how to continue this work on your own.
