So often, when we are experiencing grief of any kind, we unintentionally deprive our senses.

Why This Matters: Our body craves regulation.
Touch is often one of the first senses to become starved for sensation, and is responsible for regulating the limbic system (lowering cortisol and adrenaline), and releasing our feel-good neurotransmitters (dopamine, oxytocin, and serotonin).

What You’ll Learn:

During this 3-day course, you will learn how to navigate grief by working with the body, brain, and senses—you will learn how to move with grief, instead of against it.

For the purpose of this course: Grief is defined as having experienced a major loss (e.g. death of a loved one, pet, change in relationship, identity, community, or other significant life event).

Grief does not follow a linear timeline; therefore, you only need to be open to understanding and allowing your grief, whenever it occurred, to move.
