Hi, my name is Liz. I see and feel the world differently, which means I can create radical solutions to problems others haven’t even defined. 

One part successful energy healer and spiritual leader, and the other part pragmatic scientist.

As an intuitive, I hear and feel how your senses, intuition, and ancestors communicate with you, and have been refining this ability my entire life.

But I’m not teaching you how to be like me; I am reconnecting you to a more nourished and authentic you.  I’m not teaching you anything you don’t already know; I am simply reintroducing you to your body, senses, agency, and power. 

As a human, I am focused on how neuroscience and research help to inform the ethereal.  It may seem counterintuitive, but with structure comes fluidity.

The science gives your brain something to hold onto so your body, senses, and intuition can speak a language that transcends time.
